On the morning of September 19, a Bartlesville High School student was detained following an incident involving the assault of a police officer. The situation escalated after the student became aggressive during an interaction with an Assistant Principal, prompting School Resource Officers to intervene. The student's parents are cooperating with Bartlesville High School and the Bartlesville Police Department.
